My wife is a hoooooge fan of his, she is reading that same book (I got it for her for Christmas), she watches all of his videos, she went with our daughter to LA to see him talk, and the two of us are going in May (I think) to see him here.

But Maher makes more and more sense every time I listen to him now. He and I pretty much bonded over the statement that just because some Huffington Post article says Twitter is upset about... Doesn't mean diddly diick in the real world.

 

Perhaps it's wishful thinking on my part. But in another thread I posted about how ABC did a bit on the whole Indian actresses wearing a black dress thing. And how worthless that was. I'm kind of hoping that the pendulum is starting to swing back the other direction now.

I don't have a problem with Ellen Page pretending she's a guy.  I also don't have a problem with her getting surgery's to make that fairy tale seem real.  These things were done when she was an adult.  I will have sympathy for her after she commits suicide in a like 10 years, because she regrets the decisions she made and "professionals" who should've known better, didn't council her properly.  I will hold the Leftists responsible for pushing the narrative that people like her should take the steps that her delusion took her too.  She needed help, she got none.
