So this is what it comes down to

Recommended Posts

I am winning 114 to 113. We each have 1 player to go. He has Reed who is projected for 13 points but who only scored 10 points once this year. I have Jake Elliot that is projected for 8 has scored at least 9 points in each of his games this year with an average of 11.

A field goal kicker against a tight end who got a concussion just saying the word.

Im focked.

need the Josh Doctson breakout to start tonight.

Down 11 with Docston and he's still got Reed.

not good chance, but 3% still according to Yahoo.

Reed will get his customary 4 points. Now rest is up to your guys. Doctson could surprise tho, his floor is 5 and ceiling is 15.

NFL parity makes outcomes totally unpredictable week to week, and all over the map. The only certain outcome is regular appearances of mediocrity and boring games with bad football. Only rarely are we going to see special games; at least this one tonight has a chance to be another one (like the TNF game, which is one of the best I've seen in awhile).

The rest is suckage, and it's translating to FF as well.

FF is coming down to who gets lucky and avoids injury - so is the NFL season itself - and who is best at the waiver wire, and with the sheer amount of training wheel 'free agents to pick up' sites and daily emails, that's come down to who spends the most time at it.

The skill of understanding of the game, and how it manifests in guys who consistently win leagues, is being plowed under. We're seeing socialism in football now.

And it sucks.

A guy in my league lost by 2 points because his kicker got injured mid game.

Going against Elliott and need him to suck.

I'm up 17 with Jeffery. Going against Elliott and Eagles defense. Jeffery only averages about 6 points. So I think it'll be a close game.

How about Reed gets 1 pt and Elliott kicks 2 XPs? Then we both win!

I also thought a league where you could sub mid game for an injured player would be cool. It's just more micromanaging though. I probably wouldn't mind.

Lol the team I played against this week, has ACooper.

He scored more points in his last game then he has all the games before combine.

Played against Cooper twice this week. Thankfully one of them he was firmly on the bench with OJ Howard.

Irony being I won the game he was in the starting lineup, and lost the game he was benched due to Wentz going off last night.
