He is a known commodity & Bortles seems locked in on him. 16 targets (10 receptions/103 yards) is worth taking a second look at. Jags are gonna have some garbage opportunities, no doubt....and "Hit Man" Hurns seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Thoughts?
