Keeper league: Who to target in trades for next year's keepers?

I have a pretty stacked team despite basically being out of the playoffs without at least 2 players ahead of me all of their last 3 games.

 

I have A. Brown, L. McCoy, L. Bell, J. Nelson, Mike Evans, and J. Hill as people who could potentially be top 3 round picks next year, but I feel like I could trade a playoff contender two players for one and end up with a better keeper.

 

We keep 2 players.

 

Any idea who I should target who will be a first round pick next year or can I not really improve? A Brown is an obvious keeper.
