This. ^ The talk now is trading down to the Rams at #10. That will screw Philly and still allow Oakland to get Cooper, who is probably the most NFL ready of the two. He doesn't have the size that White has, but he's the better route runner and better after the catch. And he's put on weight at the combine, up to 211.
