Every game in the past has been a 5pm London time which is usually like a 10 am game locally, yet this one is listed at 9:30am EST will we even be able to see the game at 6:30 if we are up? It screws up the waiver wire period in many of my leagues and most of us with a family have stuff to do during the week. A Friday night game, or one earlier on Sunday, would rock. Plus, the games on Thursday have all sucked but one. The players don't like it, the fans don't like it (but will watch)..... Saturday - college. the NFL will never infringe on those territories. even the Saturday NFL games they used to have were usually late in the season, after the great majority of the CF factory conferences had finished their seasons. Sorry, but I don't care at all about HS football or college. I'm betting ratings would be excellent both nights if the NFL chose to play. They should do this. But with tv deals dictating things you could see Thursday, Friday, late season Saturday football, Sunday and Monday. Why not throw in a developmental arena league for Tuesday and Wednesday. If they ever lost anti-trust protection, you would see games on those nights. Don't kid yourself that they do it to be nice to High school or College. That reason alone is why I would never live on the east coast. I disagree. I've lived in AZ for a year now and thought I would like the games beginning at 10/11AM, but I dont. It's just too early. I'm either at church, work, or simply not awake yet. I also typically don't enjoy drinking that early on a Sunday as Im not an alcoholic and enjoy life. After the SUN night game, I don't know what to do with myself, there is nothing on. Last week, I watched Total Divas. I also will usually miss most of the MON/THU night games too, because again I am at work. Our country really does evolve around EST, and I can understand why...
