Voted down blouse. The Portman pic is the best you provided, but you said in general.

There is something pleasingly naughty about catching a nice down shot on a girl wearing a generally normal shirt. A dress like Portman's, she's pretty much saying she wants you to see them. Up blouse doesn't really happen in real life; only girls who shove cameras up their shirt provide that view.
