And I usually FFW through some of the performances too...which is why I had no idea why Scotty McCreery won last season.

Judges are boring as crap now. I have no interest in Seacreast banter.
Only 1 or 2 of the ladies are attractive this season. And one of them is definitely underage

Baylie Brown's performance last night was quite possibly the worst singing I've ever heard on that show. She wouldn't have made it out of the initial city auditions with that. Unfortunate, as she is very fun to look at.

Last night was terrible.

I agree. "Indie piano stomping rocker" or "white chocolate thunder" did better. Taylor Hicks was a differnet genre, but his total absolute failure played into him not making it through. "Long Curlyhaired Phillip Bailey dude" needs to quit focking with his hair so much. Take a page from "Rosta Dude" a few yesrs back.......he didn't give a fock about nothin.

Agree with the judges, Jessica had the performance of the night. The only ones from this class that I find relevant as artists are Phillip and Skylar. Maybe Colton, although he was meh tonight. Hollie did well, as did Joshua. Jeremy surprised me.

Based on performance tonight, Elyse is in trouble IMO, although the judges were hard on Shannon, who I thought did OK. Guys... I'll do my weekly statement that Heejun sucks, but I doubt he'll be gone. Probably bass-dude or Diondre. Although my wife thinks Diondre is hot, so maybe he'll make it through on the horny MILF vote.

But like I said before, this is not a singing contest, it's a popularity contest, and people might not be comfortable with a half mexican half asian girl winning this thing.

2. Hollie Cavanagh, “All the Man That I Need” - I really love her voice. Clear as sh1t, even on the high notes. I wouldn't buy her album, but one hell of a voice technically speaking.


3. Phillip Phillips, “Superstition” - The show gave him the final performing spot, which means they either want a huge boost for him, or he is more popular than I thought.


4. Joshua Ledet, “I Wish” - My favorite dude on the show. Except he looks kinda retarded.


5. Skylar Laine, “Where Do Broken Hearts Go?” - Really surprised me with that one. Good work.


6. Colton Dixon, “Lately” - I hate this guy, I hate his whiny singing voice. But I guess he appeals to..other people.

7. Deandre Brackensick, “Master Blaster” - Strange song choice, still has the most unique voice in the competition, that should allow him to stay for a while.
