Al Unser JR (Indy driver) was convicted of DWI and Drag racing - was sentenced to 90 days in jail but judge offered 364 days supervised probation w/ no drinking ....
Which would you choose ?

I'd take the 90 days. The jails are so fawking crowded that the criminals and judges know this. You'd be out in a week.
All my flavors are guranteed to satisfy.

I'd take the 364 and drink anyway. Its not like they test for alcohol. As long as you pay your money, the probation people don't give a fock what you do.
