Jaguars rookie Justin Blackmon busted for DUI Jaguars first-round pick Justin Blackmon was arrested on aggravated DUI charges Sunday in Stillwater, Ok.
The aggravated DUI means his blood-alcohol level was .15 or higher. The legal limit is .08. Blackmon was booked into jail at roughly 10AM, a bizarre time for a DUI. Blackmon was actually 3 times over the legal limit. He made a horrible choice and was VERY lucky he didn't hurt himself or someone else.

Yup,here's the updated report.

"Stillwater (OK) police spokesman Randy Dickerson revealed that Justin Blackmon blew a 0.24 blood-alcohol level -- three times the Oklahoma legal limit -- before he was booked for aggravated DUI on Sunday morning.
The Oklahoman has clarified that Blackmon was arrested at 3AM ET on Sunday morning -- not 10AM as originally reported. Regardless, the 0.24 BAC content is alarming and suggests Blackmon was either drinking all day and night, or drank a lot, quickly, before getting behind the wheel. Blackmon was released Sunday at 12:45PM on $1,000 bond. He's due in court Monday for an arraignment."

"Police said Blackmon, who was arrested Sunday morning, tested for a blood-alcohol level of 0.24, three times the legal limit. Police said his second test was 0.26, an indication he was drinking right before he started driving and his body was still processing the alcohol."

It's one thing to be stupid enough to drive when you are that intoxicated, but to blow a higher "score" on your second test and basically start up the car right after you finished drinking...that is another kind of I don't know the guy, but I'd say the odds are pretty good he has a drinking "problem".
