This is a keeper league going into it's been around for 50 or 6 years. My team is bare. You can keep as many as you want but I am only keeping 4. That is Stafford, Demarco, Jamaal Charles, and Aaron Hernandez. So I am totally thin at WR. As of now I will have the first pick and obviously get Trent Richardson for a brutal 3 headed monster RB in my flex spot to go along with a stud QB and good TE. Not a bad core as long as I pay attention to some decent WRs I know will be cut and could have break out years. Such as Torrey Smith and Denarius Moore, along with Marques Colston as a stop gap. Not a bad plan IMO.
However the possibility, and one that has a good chance to happen, is one that is very tempting. The team with Ray Rice has some good players and no decent QB. I'm not exactly crazy about trading Stafford and in fact question my sanity for considering it but I could imagine the crazy team I could put together with a little luck. I could have Ray Rice and have a dominant tandem in he and Murray. I could also possibly pick up Dez Bryant. Not a bad WR2 when I have no WRs to begin with. He has potential and is fairly consistent.
I just don't know if I should do this. I see pros and cons on each side. What would you people do? Any help is appreciated.

really need to know lineup requirements and scoring system to determine if Stafford is tradeable or not.
who do you think you will be able to get at QB to replace Stafford? If this is 6 point passing TD's i would lean toward no. I would keep what you have, draft Richardson and focus on filling out your WR core.

- Sanchez and Tebow makes the AFC ProBowl roster (wrong)
- No rookie QBs will finish in the top 15 @ the QB position using FFToday scoring (way wrong)

Sounds like u have a great plan, however DeZ seems to be feast or famine! I love the 3 headed monster RB approach. Seems to work well more often than not!! Good luck!

If I am reading this correct, it sounds like you believe you can pull off a trade involving Stafford for Ray Rice and Dez Bryant? If that’s the case I am assuming you would then use your first round pick on a QB… so essentially you are looking at either a core of:
Stafford, Demarco M, Jamaal C, Trent R, and A Hernandez or
Luck/RG II, Demarco M, Jamaal C, Ray Rice, Dez Bryant, and A Hernandez
If it were me, I would probably make the trade, then try and trade the #1 to the #2 or #3 in the draft so they can get Trent Richardson, pick up and extra player in that trade then draft Luck/RG III with your pick.

Luck/RG II, Demarco M, Jamaal C, Ray Rice, Dez Bryant, and A Hernandez
