Wouldnt the higher price of cigarettes also discourage teenagers from taking up smoking?

Why is this about teens? I don't care what other tax paying adults do with money they work for, and spend it on something thats legal. I don't care about a 16 year old trying to buy cigs.....not my problem.Wouldnt the higher price of cigarettes also discourage teenagers from taking up smoking?

In the U.K. smokes are often referred to as fags.You buy your smokes in bundles?

As a smoker from Chicago, I do plan on quiting at some point. And do NOT plan on driving to IND for smokes.

What if you are driving through IND, would you pick up smokes for yourself and friends? How many cartons?

Respiratory therapy? I've never seen so many smokers elsewhere in the medical field.Of course I do. I work in the medical field also. One of the places I work at is an oncology facility.
Do you want to quit? If so, what has influenced your decision? If not, why?
But you are right that smokers get the shaft, but they are voluntarily giving themselves a bigger one, so it is hard to feel sympathy. Alcohol and junk food get off relatively easy.
