What's his value. I have him in a keeper league for $10 and the salary cap is 200. Is he worth keeping in a league that give u bonus point for long touchdowns and is .5 ppr?

As a Lion's homer I'd say no. Their offense is built for passing, and the guy can't stay healthy. Ideally the Lions probably want a run game similar to New Orleans, but injuries have been a problem. Best may blow up every now and then but with health concerns and Leshoure coming back, I wouldn't spend the $10 on him.

I'd keep him at $4 or less. $10 is too rich for Best when that same money will buy you someone with less risk and similar upside.
