Is it possible to change or add some different sound files to draft buddy?

You can on Windows, not on the Mac unless you edit my script with the Applescript editor.
Assuming Windows, it is pretty easy. Simply add the .wav file to the /sounds/ folder. Then on the summary tab where you see the other sound file names, change the name to the same name as your file (excluding the ".wav" part). Click it, hit play and it should work.
