Im trying to update on a Mac. When it gets to the def, an error comes up. It says, 'runtime error 9, subscript out of range'.

Did you hide or delete any of the tabs, like the DL, LB, DB tabs? If yes, then unhide them, run the update and Compile, and then you can hide them again. Even if you don't use IDP (or alternatively, DEF), Buddy will look for those tabs while it goes through those procedures.

I didn't hide them, I deleted them. Can I get them back so I do not have to re-enter my scoring?

Hmm... hard to get them back in the file you have, but do this:

1. Change the name of this file (save it as a different name).

2. Download a fresh Draft Buddy. Open both files in Excel.

3. In the new one, go to the action tab, lower left. Put in the filename of your Buddy file with the deleted tabs. It must be exact. Change it to 2012. Then hit the Copy League Settings button.

Now you have a new file and you didn't have to re-input your scoring or league rules.

If you've already input the owner/team names, you can manually copy and paste those from the old file to the new file.

Got it, thanks again!
