In tab #2 (Scoring), when I set my RB "Rushing Yards" to 0.1 FF Pts, the decimal scoring is not updated. The same thing appears to happen for any Scoring changes.

Please advise...

Hi Kevin. That could have happened when copying league settings from the prior year. Go to the first scoring category for QB, and under Decimal input this formula:

=D8/E8

Then copy that cell (CTRL-C), and paste it (CTRL-V) down for all other scoring categories under the Decimal heading. Then the scoring should update appropriately. Make sure to hit Compile Cheatsheets so your cheatsheets update for this and other changes.
