i am in a 10 team, standard scoring (except passing TDs are 6 pts.). I have the following team: Newton, Cruz, Bowe, Jamal Charles, McFadden, Jimmy Graham, Doug Martin and on the bench Harvin, Vjax, Ben R, Tate, Andre Brown and Mikel Leshoure. My strategy over the years is to always be upgrading my team. The Bradshaw owner in my league has offered me Decker for Andrew Brown straight up. I am tempted for bench strength at WR. His team is Rivers, Decker, Megatron, Demarco Murray, Frank Gore, Tony Gonz, Pierre Thomas, Peyton manning, Nicks, Bradshaw, Hillis, and Donnie Avery.

Id try and get someone else with Decker in return. Like maybe P Train or Hillis since you have JC. As a Bradshaw owner he should be willing to part with either.

I'd much rather have Avery over Hillis, as Hillis has yet to show anything this year. Maybe see if that works. Why do you have Harvin on your bench though?

I'd do a Hillis or Avery and Brown for Decker though for sure.

Decker for Brown sounds like a great deal for you. Who knows if brown keeps the job, or how they will use him when bradshaw is back. Decker will soon find chemistry with manning and he is the current starter. If you need to find a rb you can take advantage of your depth and find a solid rb who produces consistently.
