    Another dynasty question

I would feel comfortable making that trade if you replace Adams with Kupp...but either way your team definitely has a lot of aging assets and your mentality should be focused on one of two things: Win now with those assets or sell them off while their value is still near its higher point. Essentially trading Kupp for Jeudy, Love and a 1st isn't a terrible haul if that first is going to be a high one. If it's a late 1st I'd say absolutely not.

    Detroit TE Sam LaPorta

LaPorta should be the TE2 behind Kincaid in rookie drafts. How soon after just depends on league settings imho. TEP? I could get behind him being a late 1st rookie pick (1.10-1.12) but I'd prefer him in the 2nd personally. I'm not in love with the running backs around that range though. In non-TE premium dynasty I think I'd prefer a league with a taxi squad I could stash him in, and then I'd probably throw a dart in the mid-late 2nd. As most have mentioned, it's a tough position for 1st-3rd year guys to break out at. In redraft he will definitely be a "sleeper", and as camps start and buzz picks up people will surely hype him as a zero-TE darling if folks are passing on the position. But honestly in redraft I'm not taking a backup tightend. I'll play week-to-week if punting the position or just stick with a Freiermuth/Njoku kind of guy.

Taking a flier on a backup RB question?

Kinda dislike both tbh, but in this case I'd keep Strong. I think he can get some run as a hurry up offense / change of pace back. Honestly for Indy, i kinda like a different backup there. Evan Hull might steal some snaps from Moss as time goes on this season.
  12. He's the most talented WR of this year's class, even if the landing spot might not be as appealing for 2023-24. Talent > situation

    Joe Mixon

I actually don't think his TD production is an outlier, but rather I think it was positive regression. Mixon has finished in the top-10 for carries inside the 5-yard line 3 of the last 4 seasons (with the one he didn't where he got hurt). With an improved offensive line, I could see Mixon make a legitimate case for RB1 overall at the end of the season. Suffice to say, I'm big time bullish on him this year.

    When do you draft IDP's?

What everyone else has said. If it's just two random IDP players, draft them dead last. Look for LB's that wear the green dot since they'll likely be on the field almost every play. Mike Woellert over at 4for4 does a recurring article each year that usually breaks down which players are doing that. For an example here's last year during Week 17: https://www.4for4.com/2021/w1/three-down-linebackers-2021-idp-leagues?aid=woellert . A lot of those guys will be in the same situation this year as well, so it's a nice primer without much insight/research. If you're getting corners you actually want the guys that get targeted a bunch since they get a lot of tackles/pass deflections/etc. Safeties are always good too since they get a bunch of different stats. Defensive linemen (regardless of NT or DE) are pretty useless unless your league has some True IDP scoring settings to balance them out, but even then it's tough to get LB production out of any other position on the defensive side of the ball.
