I just offered Rice for Andre Johnson in a 14 team PPR redraft league (record:2-2). I currently have 5 RB's: Mendenhall(2), Rice(1), McCoy(3), Hillis(FA), Betts(FA) (start 2 + 1 RB/WR flex). My current 4 WR's: Floyd(6), Crabtree(5), Garcon(FA), M Thomas(FA) (start 2). This will hurt me during bye weeks, but I think I can roll with Mendenhall, McCoy, and Hillis after the bye weeks are done. If one of those 3 RB's get hurt, then I'm in trouble, but I want to upgrade at WR. The AJ owner is desperate for a RB and has offered up AJ & Dallas Clark for a trade, I drafted Finley(4) so I told him I'm only interested in AJ.

Good so far, but the concern is the RB depth behind your first 2 guys, whom I think will put up good #'s, slight concern at KC about T Jones becoming the goal-line vulture. QB is great and you have decent depth at WR, maybe trade Nicks and one of your back-up RB's for a stronger RB3? Who knows, maybe stand pat because I feel M Bush will be the starter at Oak and should be a decent bye week filler, you have McFadden also, so one of them will start. Good luck. Everything looks good except WR's, your starters are decent, but Fitz is probably gonna underperform due to the QB situation, Harvin should do good, but is having migraine issues right now, Meachem may just be a victim of Brees spreading the ball around, only Colston seems to be consistent in that offense, your WR back-up in Cotchery is shaky. I see no reason in keeping both Jacobs and Bradshaw, I would trade Jacobs for a WR, I feel he is breaking down now and that Bradshaw will start sooner than later. That may or may not work, Hester will at least get you a special teams TD from time to time and a bomb every now and then, DHB has shown hands of stone so far. Watch the last 2 pre-season games and monitor DHB's progress. Another move to consider is dropping J Jones for K Walter, whom I think has a better rapport with Schaub. Good luck. Unless someone is very weak at TE, you'll be hard pressed to get a good WR for a TE. There's too much depth at TE, lots of guys can put up average numbers. You'll probably have to wait until someone's starting TE gets hurt, then trade one of your TE's for a WR. Don't worry, watch the waiver wire early in the season, there's always a few WR's that are available in the first few weeks that went undrafted. Good luck. I rank them in the following order: 1. Floyd is the current #1 WR with V Jax's suspension 2. Wallace is a good deep threat, but probably won't put up good #'s till week 6 when Ben returns. 3.
