Before last week I wouldn't have thought about this one much, but given the match-ups I have to ask: Do I bench Newton on the road at Detroit and start Carson Palmer on the road in Minnesota? Detroit has the fourth best defense vs opposing quarterbacks, and Newton had trouble with being blitzed last week. Palmer on the other hand is getting more comfortable in the Oakland offense, and Minnesota has the fourth worst defense vs opposing quarterbacks (and is thin at CB). So, what say you? As a Browns fan, I'd say stick with Tolbert. He looks like a go for Sunday, and the Cleveland running game is a mess right now. Hardesty has worse hands than Braylon did When you get a chance please review my pending trade.

I still see Fitz as a must start. I'd start Thomas before I'd start Starks. Of the three other receivers, I'd start Little IF Browns CB Joe Haden plays. If Haden sits again, I'd start Rice over Little. DHB is the big gamble here...will Palmer start this week? Will he find DHB? Big gamble with big upside potential.

Tough call between Wayne and Harvin. Both are their teams WR1. Harvin has definitely had the better season so far. Both opposing defenses have weaker pass defenses. Biggest variable is the fact that Ponder is taking over for McNabb. I'm going to break with the others here and say Harvin. When you get a chance please review my pending trade.

Definitely Davis at TE...as much as I would love to say Clark, it's not a good matchup against NO, and with Cooley out Davis will definitely benefit. Call me crazy, but I like the Oakland D this week (provided you get the Special Teams points/yardage).

Watson was Cleveland's #1 receiver last year. He's not been as involved so far this year though, and Evan Moore seems to get all the end zone looks. So that's definitely a significant dropoff unless McCoy starts looking for him more often. I say you stick with what you got from the original Stafford trade. Current roster in my sig. I'm in a bind this week because both Vick and Fitzpatrick are on bye and there is nobody worth squat on waivers or FA right now. I have a solid stable of RBs but weakness at WR. Guy offered me Cam Newton and Percy Harvin for Ryan Fitzpatrick and Michael Turner. He's thin at RB and with Rodgers as his starting QB he really only needs a viable starter for GB's bye. With Forte and Jackson, plus my need to cover the bye this week, I'm inclined to take this trade. It will also make me rest a little easier knowing I have Newton as an insurance policy on Vick. IIRC, the Bucs were dead last against the run last year. Cleveland figures to run a lot in that game. I'd go with Harrison.
