Rules will be clearly stated in the Constitution, no in season rule changing non-sense. All off-season rule changes will go to a vote for the owners to decide. Money will go through LeagueSafe. Payouts: $1,650 1st- $1,000 2nd- $500 3rd- $150 Slow Draft- Each team has 3 hours to make a pick, most picks are made in under an hour, many in minutes; especially on the snake. You will be notified via email when it's your turn to pick. You use the same CBS draft room you're used to; the only difference is you have 3 hours instead of minutes to make your pick. It will take appx. 4 days to complete. I'm going to start it on a Thursday night, and we should be done by Sunday/Monday. The draft clock will be suspended between 11pm-8am ET. If you're on the clock at 11pm when the draft is suspended, you will be back on the clock at 8am (you can still make your pick when the draft is suspended). FAB: (Free Agent Budget) Every team is given the same budget of "fake money" at the beginning of the season. Instead of a set order for waivers Tuesday night based on record, you will put in a blind bid on how much of your FAB you would pay to acquire a particular player with the top bidder getting the player. So it is responsibility of team managers to get players of cancelled games off their active roster as best they can. In case of a late NFL cancellation commish will help replace cancelled players on active rosters from the team bench players as necessary – we should be flexible here. 3) Season must have 10 regular season games played for there to be an official result and payout. Otherwise, all money is returned for incomplete season. 4) Hopefully we have at least 10 regular season games, and an additional 3 weeks of NFL regular season games for the fantasy playoffs and an additional 4th NFL week is skipped due to NFL resting players. a. Fantasy regular season will be cut short as necessary down to min 10 games to accommodate for 3 weeks of playoffs. E.g. if NFL season is cut to 14 games, there would be a 10 game fantasy season, 3 week playoffs, and week 14 skipped just the way week 17 is skipped in NFL for fantasy (too many rested players). b.If a complete fantasy season AND a 3 week fantasy playoffs cannot both be completed (e.g. NFL cuts down to 10, 11, 12, or 13 game season) then the regular season will determine the winners and payouts (also without the final week of NFL regular season). So I'm weak at RB and its 1 Pt PPR Stacy Forsett Ivory D.willams I'm WR heavy Bryant Marshall Maclin Colston Boldin Tate Was offered M.Ball for Bryant strait up : we start QB, RB1-3 ,WR1-3 etc.. Should I pull trigger? I've been relying on 3wr start and started Stacy wk 1 and Forsett wk 2 with avg production out of those guys. You get to keep up to 5 players each year that were not drafted in the first three rounds in the previous year. The round which you can keep a player advances by three draft spots each year. For example: If you were to draft a player in the 7th round and he remains on your roster the entire year or you make a trade and acquire his draft rights, you can draft him as your 4th pick the following year. So, the next year if you have that same player on your roster, you would lose three draft positions and the player can be drafted as your 1st pick. The point is to invest in your team from late round sleepers. SCORING You can read all this after an invitation is sent from the ESPN site. PLAYOFFS 6 teams. Top 2 get a bye. We also have a loser bracket for the bottom 6 teams to win the $500 bucks back. This keeps everyone involved even if you are in last place. THE DRAFT Snake draft....1 through 12 then order reverses. 17 rounds. To determine draft order teams will be randomly selected by a double blind system. One team will put all the teams in a random order. Another team will put the numbers 1 to 12 in a random order. They will email these random selections to the commissioner and the order will be determined. Fro example: Team order randomly selected: J-C-F-I-A-L-B-E-H-D-G-K…..and the random numbers….12-3-5-11-1-8-7-2-4-9-6-10….Team J picks 12th, Team C third, Team F picks fifth and so on. The draft time live on ESPN will be determined by a consensus of the 12 teams. DIVISIONS There are no divisions. 12 teams all play each other randomly selected by ESPN website. The top 6 teams with the best record go into the winner playoff. The bottom 6 teams go into a loser playoff. The loser bracket was selected to keep the bottom 6 teams involved throughout the entire season. The best two teams in each playoff get a bye. The best team plays the worse and so on until the championship game. If there is a tie in record we go head to head. If by chance two teams have split wins, we go to point total to determine playoff order. WAIVER WIRE Last place team selects first from waiver wire each week and so on. ADD AND DROPPING PLAYERS Adding and dropping players are handled by a waiver wire process. Transactions will lock five minutes before the first game on Sunday, Players whose teams play before Sunday will be locked for the remainder of the scoring period. LINE UP DEADLINE Lineup deadline is 5 minutes before game time for each player. WAIVER RUN The waiver process runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Dropped players remain on waivers for at least 1 day. TRADE POLICY All trades must be submitted to and approved by the commissioner. TRADE DEADLINE No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 pm 11/27/14 TRADE APPEAL If your trade is not approved by the commissioner, you can appeal. Both parties make the trade details public and must get 4 other teams to vote yes and the trade is approved. If it is a three-team trade you still need 4 other teams besides the three involved. KEEPER STATUS When a player is traded that player carries his draft eligibility and his "keeper" status to his new team. However once a player is dropped his "keeper" status is gone forever. I have the number 1 draft pick this year and plan on taking Peterson. In this keeper league a team gives up a position 2 rounds higher than the year previous with a maximum of 3 players kept. My best keeper options look to be Demarco Murray (13), Julio Jones (2), James Jones (15), TY Hilton (15), Russell Wilson (11), Kaepernick (15), Mendenhall (9). My gut is telling me to take Julio Jones at pick 24, Demarco Murray in the 13th and Kaepernick in the 15th. I am just looking to see what some of you thought should be my 3... Thanks in advance.

If I decide to trade Rice for a stud WR and I cant get Mega, is there another one you would go for ? I am only considering this because you can truly wait on a QB... so I could draft 4 RB's in a row, rounds 3 thru 6 and get a QB in the 7th. I still think Ray will do great this year despite sharing with Pierce, Boldin will be gone and Rice may catch 70 or 80 balls. really thinking about dumping him just before he loses value like the following year. After having 2 super stud WR's I can wait and scoop up a bunch of High Upside wr's late and a TE. Am I over thinking ? should I just stick with Rice and AJ Green ?
