Alright, it looks like we have a runoff between current proposal 2. Please vote for the option you prefer of the two.

I am going to assume that everyone that wanted current is sticking with current, and everyone that wanted Proposal 2 is sticking with Proposal 2, unless they speak up otherwise. So really, we need the swing votes from Highway, Gratefulted, and Rizzo's more than anything.
