J-Money 4 Posted June 20, 2006 not a lot of flashy players, thought it would look stronger but i'm pretty confident. Trent Green, Bledsoe, Leftwich (didn't realize green and bledsoe had the same bye weeks) start 1 LJ, Ronnie Brown, Jamal Lewis start 2 Randy Moss, Roy Williams, Derrick Mason, Michael Clayton, Wilford start 3 Winslow, Hilton 1 Wilkins 1 Carolina D

J-Money 4 Posted June 20, 2006 yeah, lots of value this year. If i draft 2nd in my money league and end up with a squad like this i'd be stoked. doesn't look bad drafting in the early part of the first round

Drews Crew 0 Posted June 21, 2006 I have the same Slot and the same 10 team re-draft format. I'm mocking like a mad man and this is the squad I hope to get as of last night. L J Fitz Wayne Shockey Dillon and in that order, if not Dillon, then Chester taylor or somebody like that. I love the 2 spot this year!!! You team looks balanced, I like Roy this year too

Marshall_Law 0 Posted June 21, 2006 Round 7 pick 10 = Kevin Jones! Extremely good value. Whoever picked 8th must be a lunatic Steelers fan, could of had Parker in the 2nd or even 3rd. Oh, and Matt Hasselbeck just called to ask if Kings could please get off of his c0ck... Man love if I ever saw it!
unckeyherb 2 Posted June 21, 2006 Parker at 8 overall? Julius Jones and Mcgahee dropping to the fourth round? Three QB's taken by the second round(Hasselbeck going before Palmer?) Santana Moss going before Torry, RMoss, Boldin, Harrison and DJax? Me playing in your league next year?
Jarvis Basnight 119 Posted June 21, 2006 At first I thought, you had a great team. Once you pasted the entire draft I realized that you drafted well, but have some of the others in your league to thank. You have some poor competition in that league. Some that come to mind. FWP - 8th overall Hasselbeck at 2.05 S. Moss at 2.07 ahead of R Moss, Holt and Harrison? Skins homer? C. Palmer at the end of the 2nd? Maybe if healthy but there's no way to be sure of that in June. You had a very good draft but it's more because you have a couple poor teams in your league than your drafting skills. I do need to give you a for taking what the others gave you. You took talent and got it at a value.

J-Money 4 Posted June 21, 2006 no, it's not a money league, it's just my first attempt at a redraft this year so i can prepare for my money leagues. Someone always gets drafted too early(who's to say FWP can't/won't be the #1 rb with the bus gone and not vulturing his tds? stranger things have happened, and no i don't think it will happen but who am i to fault a guy for sticking to his guns), or previous season injuries/poor production scare people off. I was just pleasantly surprised by the squad I got @ #2, I usually like drafting in the mid-late part of round 1...

I agree you can't argue with someone who thinks a player will be better than others do. But it is where he drafted him that makes it a stupid move. Even if I think Davenport is going to light it up this year and finish top 5 does it make sense for me to take him with my first round pick or should I wait and take him in the 12th like his ADP suggests.
