singman2 0 Posted August 18, 2010 All teams must be cut down to 23 players by noon September 6th. At that time I will begin accepting waiver requests by email. The waiver wire order will be the 2009 final order of finish or the opposite of the rookie draft. Once week 1 is complete the usual worst to first rules apply.
