Movies for Old People (or other activities)

Recommended Posts

Looking for suggestions. The focking activities 'tard at my Mom's place (hot, perky B's) is cool and everything, but focking retarded. She's taken them to both Superman and the Lone Ranger in recent weeks. Are you focking kidding me? That'd be great is the median age was 13.

So, just to get things started, here's a few things:

1) Glee nights / afternoons.

2) The Bucket List

3) Almost any movie with Sandra Bullock

4) The Notebook

5) Almost anything Nicholson, Streep etc. has been in in the last 10 years.

6) Various musicals, 3 tenors, Celtic Cuunts, etc. that you see on PBS.

I'm thinking with Redbox and Netflix, should be pretty cheap. They already serve popcorn every afternoon, so no worries there.

Really could use some help here. Assume: Poor vision, lower memory capabilities. I can't be the only one who has elders in their life.

Actually considering moving Mom if I could find a place with a better, livelier activities agenda. But, rather than curse the darkness, taking a shot at lighting a candle. Thanks for your help.

Just find 1 good movie and show it every day. :dunno:

I suggest Momento or 50 First Dates.
