Has anyone here seen Breaking Bad and NOT have it in their top 2 shows of all time?

LOST was fantastic as well.

Surprised not to see LOST mentioned more. I know a lot of people had it listed pretty high on threads in the past. I guess the ending just LOST a lot of people.

I'm surprised to see shows that p!ssed off their viewers so much getting so much consideration.

 

I loved The Sopranos but hated those middling seasons when they didn't now what the fock they were doing with the story/plot.

 

Never watched LOST but all I heard from people was how dumb and frustrating it got towards the end.

I have seen BB and GOT based on recommendations from a friend. Both awesome. Have not seen much else, so I guess it is #2 for me.

I will be honest. For me bryan cranston will always be Hal from Malcom in the Middle and I was never able to get over that. I kept thinking......Hal would never do that while watching it.

BB and Sopranos both suffered from the same flaw that even the characters who played them said so as well.

God, that got fuucking old fast. Both shows were better during the occasional times when the wife straightened up and got on board.

 

 

Also, in the meth biz, he would've been killed in a robbery, rando by the sixth episode.

Breaking Bad wasn't a sex show, so that didn't matter.

Breaking Bad wasn't censored much on graphic violence, at least I'll claim that based on Gus Half Face.

I don't remember how much they cussed, but it never felt like they didn't cuss when necessary.

 

I tend to think AMC let them do what they wanted. Maybe I'm wrong.

 

I agree. Not much would have changed. More violence or sex or nudity wouldn't have added to that show.

There woulda been a few enhanced scenes, ie Jessie's house parties, strip club scene, the cartle's pool party chicks... Maybe when Walter is getting the birthday handy from sky... Or Hank when Marie jerked him back from the dead we woulda seen some titties

Agree. There’s no world where Downton freaking abbey is a better show than BB. To my wife, yes, it is. His list is a lot of good shows, but not better ones.

2 actors who thought that they were going to own Hollywood after making it big on two of the shows. Jesse Pinkman and Charlie Hoonan.

 

Charlie almost destroyed an entire franchise. Turns out the guy has the personality of a walnut. Jesse Pinkman not much better. Have seen him on a couple talk shows. He's actually a DIC.

 

Plus the guy that played like he was crippled on Breaking Bad? Totally fake.
