Nice work dude. Ballerinas are female. Anyway, I have no problems with taking a joke or two about that career because of the experience I had over those years. And it is tough to explain the whole work culture. I just got lucky and was accepted into a world class school. Otherwise I think I would have sought something else to do if I failed to get in as it wasn't a driving force in my life at the time. Anyway, I never really talk about it with strangers because I know many are not interested in it really. And there is absolutely no way to describe it to someone who hasn't done it for a living. Not as much in the business world. I did have my share of getting hit on by dudes, but all the straight guys in the field have no problem telling them to settle down. And they have no problem with laughing back. And yeah, if you are straight and good at it, it's not a bad job to be in. Partnering is awesome. And I totally get why people aren't into ballet, I don't really go see them much myself, but here is a clip of a more current day dude doing a Don Quixote variation and it was fun for me to work in the field.
