We lived about a block away from this ratty old theatre when I was a little kid. Me and my friend watched Young Frankenstein easily two or three dozen times that summer.

 

God that's an old memory. I would have been what, 8 years old? Wow.

Love both movies, both in my top 10. :thumbsup:

 

I still think Caddyshack would be a much better movie without the Danny / Maggie love connection.

 

I saw this movie in the theater when it came out, and was into Journey as well, so this is quite the memorable scene.

I believe that they filmed this using My Sharona from The Knack, but could not get the rights to the song, so they dubbed the Journey song after the fact.
