Observers have always viewed this league in terms of years Your Padrino has won the title, years someone was able to keep Your Padrino from winning the title, and years in which Your Padrino is building toward winning more titles.

So I have to stick around, as the league would lose all sense of purpose without me.

I will still hold the $ if that's the reason the league will fold.

Someone will take my juggernaut.

I may have to reconsider with the hunt news :mad:

And to think I was annoyed a few weeks ago when I offered you mutiple 1st rounders for him, only for you to never respond at all. :dunno:

I took over this team under the assumption that this was a long time stable fantasy league. It sucks volunteering to take over the crappiest dynasty team I have ever seen and then have constant turmoil while new owners get to take over better teams.

I am undecided as of this time. Depends how stable this league looks. If everyone returns then definitely I am back.

This season has probably had the least amount of turmoil in league history :unsure:

get rid of divisions.

change TD pass from 6 to 4.

shorten rosters from 30 to 25 (cut to 20 before rookie fraft).

else i ~stick :mad:

I am in favor of all.

and TD pass needs to be cut from 6 to 4. I haven't played in a 6 point pass TD league since world war 2. We really need to get with the times.

I'll even let teams pick-up FA's during future playoff's as a show of good will. :wub:

Or I can just ~stick. I'm fine with either scenario. :cheers:

The passing TD rule I'm fine with..

the rosters going lower cause you fockers can't be made to pay attention to FA and want to punish us that do to drop an additional 5 guys so you fockers can compete ain't our fault. Fock no..

Your Padrino has had his analytics team do some research in regards to changing Passing TDs were changed from 6 to 4 points. Our analytics department looked at what that would do to our league's #1 QB and the #10 QB in comparison to other key positions this year and last.

-----------------------------------

With 6 point touchdown passes:

2018

#1 QB Mahomes = 443 points

#1 RB Girly = 373 points

#1 WR Adams = 305 points

#10 QB Watson = 307 points

#10 RB Cohen = 224 points

#10 WR Diggs = 239 points

2017

#1 QB Wilson = 361 points

#1 RB Girly = 335 points

#1 WR Brown = 310 points

#10 QB Goff =262 points

#10 RB Hyde = 195 points

#10 WR Jones = 217 points

--------------------------

If touchdown passes had been 4 points:

2018

#1 QB Mahomes = 353 points

#1 RB Girly = 373 points

#1 WR Adams = 305 points

#10 QB Watson = 259 points

#10 RB Cohen = 224 points

#10 WR Diggs = 239 points

2017

#1 QB Wilson = 299 points

#1 RB Girly = 335 points

#1 WR Brown = 310 points

#10 QB Goff =208 points

#10 RB Hyde = 195 points

#10 WR Jones = 217 points

----------

Your Padrino feels that the spread between players is much more representative of the seasons said players had with Touchdown Passes at 4 points. If this proposed rule change is put to a vote, the league can anticipate a vote of Yes from the Die Nasty El Padrino.

If passing tds are reduced, i think there is a need to increase the yardage from .033 to either .04 or .05

:wacko:

.033 is the lowest yardage for qbs that i have seen sine i since i started playing in 91. if you guys like this, so be it. if we move to 4 from 6 pts, qbs are going to be pretty muted.

Actually I agree. Should be .04. 25 yards for every 1 point. You smart.

cbfalcon. Do some maths on that. Thanks in advance.

As my vanquisher, I was bound to perform this duty on your orders.

Oh, and as an aside, my 2017 QB numbers were off slightly yesterday, so there is a good chance they are today as well. Although they probably aren't.

-----------

Per my new and improved analytics department, 4 point touchdowns and .04 points per yard would look like this:

2018

#1 QB Mahomes = 385 points

#1 RB Girly = 373 points

#1 WR Adams = 305 points

#10 QB Watson = 284 points

#10 RB Cohen = 224 points

#10 WR Diggs = 239 points

2017

#1 QB Wilson = 307 points

#1 RB Girly = 335 points

#1 WR Brown = 310 points

#10 QB Goff =213 points

#10 RB Hyde = 195 points

#10 WR Jones = 217 points

I like it and support it. The comparative rankings look better.

absolutely. because it isn't 1975, qb's are more impactful in the nfl, and we only start one (vs k & d/st- who have more random scoring) are some of the reasons why there is a need to score qb's higher than the other positions

QB tds from 6 to 4 and receptions from 1 to .5

i could support either a drop from rb to .5,

or

rb= .5

wr= 1

te= 1.5

or

rb=1

wr=1

te=1.5

with this last one being my preference

You guys are nuts wanting to give different positions different points for the same thing. But if Beer is going to push for TE catches to be the most valuable, I'd like to push for QB rushing yards to count more than RB rushing yards. :thumbsup:
