kilroy69 993 Posted February 16, 2019 I picked this guy up today as part of a tackle lot. From the 60s. Still in good shape. Can't wait to use it.

They made some cool stuff back in the day. My grandpa had a box full. Hula popper, weedless frog, jitterbug. Cool stuff.

Fireballer 2,369 Posted February 16, 2019 My favorite obscure bait from my childhood was the Doug Hannon snakebait. My local tackleshop had a few and I literally dreamed of fishing Okeechobee for bass big enough to use the snake bait. Fishing was life when I was 12.

MTSkiBum 1,593 Posted February 16, 2019 You haven't been posting much. I need another lightweight reel and was debating whether I could be a hypocrite or not. They did not have any daiwa bg in stock and I almost went with a penn battle. I held off though. Heading out tomorrow for speckled trout, sheepshead, and red fish. My freezer is empty and I bought grocery store fish last weekend
