What's your current 40 time?

Recommended Posts

Yea, yea...We all ran a 4.34 in high school or Harvard, right?

I think I ran a 4.7 or so back in the day...mebbe

I'm guessing that at 51 I could run a 5.6 or so.

My heterosexual life partner was one of the swiftest RBs on our high school FB team and he says that 4.6 was his best :dunno:

Whacha got?

I funneled a 40 once. Dumb move.

I'd say 3 seconds.

I've never been fast, no way I could break 6 now.  I'd be shocked if anybody here could get under 5.5 now.

Was a decent athlete, sat the bench in college for 2 years, D2 basketball.

4.3's & 4.4's..  You guys are cute, that's freak show fast.

I really have no doubt I could break 5.5

Unless it is electronically timed, it's make believe.

I have never been a fast runner. My best 5k time was 24 minutes. I swam and played baseball in highschool.

I just hit the ball over the fence now so I don't ever have to worry about running "fast"

i was pretty quick, but my speed was just a little better than average.... fast enough.  I played HS and collegiate lacrosse as a midfielder.  My greatest attribute was in transition, playing excellent defense-> creating takeaways and starting fast breaks... i was typically close to the top of the team in assists.

never timed on the 40.  timed on 3 mile/ 5 mile/ 7 mile... top 5 of 30 on the team.

edit: no idea how i would run it now.  back hurts when i stand up.

I'd be surprised if I was below 5.5.  I'm gonna go with 5.99 just to keep it under 6.

Lol slow as fock. But I bench and squat quite a bit more than my body weight, in the best shape of my life since high school, and I fock like a damn animal. Not that concerned about moving fast to do any focking thing lol.

Remember that day back in, what was it, 2019, when half the bored had a heart attack?  What caused that again?

Sux's thread about running a 40.

Oh, yeah...

sorry bro ran track, ran 11.46 100 in city finals was the top speed for a white guy in the city, ran 4.42 and 4.46 in the baseball showcase area code games in 1992, was actually part of my scout press release

got faster after a cycle in college and training with an olympic track coach, but never timed, just felt faster from home to first
