Seems like a fair question and 21 Orphans does sound like alot, but its not. We have over 6100 franchises, that is literally .0033 percent or about 4 orphans per 1000 franchises, that is a teeny tiny amount. The fact is that when all is said and done we will have a renewal rate of around 92% which means there will be 300 or 400 orphans, but when you compare that to the number of franchises we have it is not a lot.
