Good Primer/Summary of Brexit

Recommended Posts

It's what happens when you put a 'remain' supporter in charge of Brexit that secretly wants to undermine/poison pill/sabotage it.

What you do is, instead of re-inventing the wheel,  get a copy of every trade, immigration, etc negotiation that Norway (or Switzerland) ever negotiated with the EU, edit out "Norway" and replace it with "Great Britain", and you're 95% of the way there. Next, tweak this, tweak this, tweak this, change that, and you're all set.

Now it seems they're entering endlessly kicking the can down the road mode for ten years then eventually saying it's been ten years, let's re-vote'.

I think it's refreshing to see a country at least as effed up as we are.

More hilarity is if  N Ire and Scotland ended up the economic powerhouses of the 'British' Isles.

This is exactly what will happen, and I can guarantee you that the remain position has been pushed hard in schools so by the time these kids can vote the outcome will be different.
