FBH ** 0 Posted August 16, 2006 Need some help here. I am in a modified keeper league (give up the draft pick from previous year this year) So I have LaMont Jordan and other keepers include LJ, Ronnie Brown, Peyton, Burress, and LJ Smith. Now for the problem, I pick 10th (in a 10 teamer), standard scoring 6pts=All Td's, half point per recept. I expect these players to be left, who should I take with my back to back picks: Â 1) Steve Smith 2) Chad Johnson 3) Fitz 4) DD 5) Westy 6) McGahee 7) Holt 8) KJ Â I am not sure, but I am really contemplating WR-WR start, since I have LaMont, and aiming for and RRBC later in the draft, but I just don't know what to do. Please give me some advice, I will look at yours too, just leave a link.
skittles 0 Posted August 16, 2006 I'd say Westbrook and your top WR. For me, it is Steve Smith, but you may differ. Â You only get .5 ppr, but it is still a bonus for a guy like Westbrook. I really think they'll run the ball more this year, and he'll be a consistent point scorer in fantasy. Thats my take.
FBH ** 0 Posted August 16, 2006 Thanks for your input, I am just a little scared to pull the WR-WR start, but I may have to do that.
c_Weezie 3 Posted August 16, 2006 How many guys can you keep ??? If you can keep multiple guys, I would def get Larry Fitz. Since you have 10 and 11,take Westy in the 1st, then take Fitz in the 2nd. And next year I would keep Fitz and LaMont and still have your 1st from this year . Just my $.02. Â Good Luck
FBH ** 0 Posted August 16, 2006 Only concern is it is a Philly based league, so I am expecting that Westy may be off the board, but that could mean that another top RB could drop to me... Thanks guys I appreciate your input.

evenflow814 0 Posted August 16, 2006 A lot of questions with those backs. Personally, I'd go WR-WR with those two picks. Fitz has to be one and a toss up between Smith and CJ.
OriginalMonkeyBoy 0 Posted August 16, 2006 Do the WR-WR, I'd take Smith for sure, and I am leaning towards CJ for the other. You'll find some RB's later. really I don't hink you can lose with Smith and either CJ/Fitz
FBH ** 0 Posted August 17, 2006 If I go WR-WR in this spot, what RBs would you target in the upcoming rounds?
