Dillon's Groin 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Hello. This is a 20 man dynasty league. He is 2-2 and I am 1-3. I'm a Bengals fan and I'm struggling. I want RUDI for the love of the game. The scoring is: RUSHING - .1 point every 1 yard, 6 every touchdown, 2 for conversions RECEIVING - .1 point every 1 yard, 6 every touchdown, 1 point each reception, 2 for conversions PASSING - .05 points every 1 yard, 6 every touchdown, 2 for conversions KICKING - 3 points every field goal (0-49 yards), 4 points every field goal (50 yards plus), 1 point every PAT NFL TEAM - 6 points for Special Teams and Defensive TDs (Fumble, interception, blocked punt, blocked FG return, punt return, kickoff return), 2 points for safeties, 1 point for interceptions, 1 point for fumble recoveries, 1 point for sacks, 8 points each "team" shutout. All lineups must consist of NINE players: 1 Quarterback, 2 Running Backs, 2 Wide Receivers, 1 Tight End, 1 Place Kicker, 1 Team Defense and 1 Flex Player that can be an additional RB, WR, or TE. HIS TEAM Bledsoe, Drew DAL QB McNair, Steve BAL QB Droughns, Reuben CLE RB Faulk, Kevin NEP RB Johnson, Rudi CIN RB Jones-Drew, Maurice JAC RB McAllister, Deuce NOS RB Burleson, Nate SEA WR Edwards, Braylon CLE WR Gabriel, Doug NEP WR Galloway, Joey TBB WR Glenn, Terry DAL WR Jackson, Chad NEP WR Moulds, Eric HOU WR Robinson, Marcus MIN Witten, Jason DAL TE Feely, Jay NYG PK Stover, Matt BAL PK Patriots, New England NEP Def Redskins, Washington WAS Def MY TEAM Brees, Drew NOS QB Cutler, Jay DEN QB Losman, J.P. BUF QB Plummer, Jake DEN QB Buckhalter, Correll PHI RB Dayne, Ron HOU RB Moats, Ryan PHI RB Parker, Willie PIT RB Portis, Clinton WAS RB Rhodes, Dominic IND RB Boldin, Anquan ARI WR Brown, Reggie PHI WR Engram, Bobby SEA WR Henderson, Devery NOS Wayne, Reggie IND WR Johnson, Eric SFO TE Miller, Heath PIT TE Scobee, Josh JAC PK Broncos, Denver DEN Def Colts, Indianapolis IND Def I don't really see a possible trade that can make my team any better. On the other hand he doesn't like the Bengals much (a Brown fan) and he would prob welcome Portis. I just don't know how to go about this. Any thoughts or suggestions. I'll answer yours best I can. Thank you!
Stopper 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Have you proposed a simple one-for-one trade? You never know...he might go for it.
Cherry Man 0 Posted October 7, 2006 yah i would try 1for1 trade first before anything else... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241866
bobpate17 0 Posted October 7, 2006 I would go for portis if I had rudi. rudi is in offance who has good QB and good passing game. Was has ok pass Offance. I would rather have portis then rudi. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241863
Dillon's Groin 0 Posted October 7, 2006 Any Portis lovers want to take a shot at this?
J.E.T.S.JetsJetsJets 0 Posted October 7, 2006 thanx 4 reply Right now I like Portis more than Rudi. I think he's a latger % of a newly awakened offense. Rudi can also post occasional non-1st rd like #s. Plus he's in a slghjtly easier division. good luck
CheeseAndWhine 0 Posted October 7, 2006 I think Portis is likely to slightly outperform Rudi for the rest of the season. I have Portis and probably wouldn't trade him straight up for Rudi. The other guy might go for a 1-1 deal. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241885
erosryd 0 Posted October 7, 2006 I see this as a one for one trade. I'd rather have Portis (FF-wise), but i can see that if you like the bengals then you might want to make the trade. Both backs should do great the rest of this year.
