houstons_most_wanted 0 Posted October 8, 2006 What's up to my fellow FFers...need some help again...thanks to those who helped last time, you gave me the right advice...hopefully you guys can do it again for week 5....I always seem to make the wrong decisions at the last minute...and the obvious choices aren't so obvious once they play so.... QB: Pick One B. Johnson vs Detroit B. Rothlisberger at San Diego J. Plummer vs Baltimore RB: Pick Two E. James vs Kansas City W. Parker at San Diego F. Taylor vs New York Jets Thanks in advance, and please leave a link!
himmystyles 30 Posted October 8, 2006 Brad Johnson for sure (Det has one of the worst pass defenses in the league and Johnson has been airing it out often). Willie Parker for the sheer number of carries, and Fred Taylor for the easy matchup... heres mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=242048
brust012 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Johnson should be good for a couple of scores against detroit. I would play James and Taylor. Parker scares me this week.... http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=242044
gold_finger 0 Posted October 8, 2006 I'd go with Brad Johnson against detroit because San Diego and Baltimore defenses have been playing well and I don't see Ben or Jake throwing a lot on them. I'd also go with Edge and Taylor since San Diego has one of the top rush defenses in the league. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=240141
madd futher mucker 36 Posted October 8, 2006 These are not the toughest decisions here: QB. Johnson will have a solid game against DET, the other QBs are poor speculations this week. RB. If AZ is gonna have any success against KC, James will have to have a game. KC WILL give Leiney fits. Start Edge!
jman316 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Easy. Johnson Edge Fred http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241924
Scruffdawg 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Johnson for QB -- he'll get a couple of scores at home this week. Taylor and James. I think Parker has a really tough time this week. With the QB change at ARI, plus a decently-developing KC pass defense, Edge sees a lot of carries. Pls see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=242026
SHOCKEYGUY80 0 Posted October 8, 2006 id go with brad johnson at qb, with edge and taylor at rb. parkers got a very tough matchup and will need to get lucky to put up good numbers against the stingy charger defense. please take a look at mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241976

quentinfox 0 Posted October 8, 2006 B.Johnson, E.James, F.Taylor James is going to have to run well for AZ to have a chance (and for Leinart to keep his head attached to his shoulders). AZ will use James lots this week. Thanks for the reply.

microfilter 0 Posted October 8, 2006 Johnson - good matchup against a very weak pass D Edge and Taylor - tough call, but play the matchup for Taylor and Edge is bound to get alot of carries with a rook QB in there.
doobious 0 Posted October 8, 2006 QB: Pick OneB. Johnson vs Detroit B. Rothlisberger at San Diego J. Plummer vs Baltimore RB: Pick Two E. James vs Kansas City W. Parker at San Diego F. Taylor vs New York Jets Thanks in advance, and please leave a link! 1. Johnson for sure 2. W Parker & Taylor I say no to Edge for two reasons. They have a rooklie QB to start which means they're gonna stack the box to shut down any chance of a running game and make them one dimensional. Second, KC's defense is ranked 3rd in the league. Alot of people have been sleeping on them. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=241890
