Steven Jackson vs. Rudi Johnson

Recommended Posts

Both are excellent RBs but would you trade away Steven Jackson if you were in a keeper league?? I currently am in a keeper league and have them both, and am thinking about trading Jackson away to bolster my Wideouts.

Do you think he has much more value/potential than Rudi, or is it pretty much a wash???

If you would trade him, do you think you could get a Tier 2 RB and Tier 1 WR for him???

Leave your link and I'll answer your questions!

We need to know who your backs and wideouts are to really help you out. On the outside i would say stick with those two but i don't know your situation. I happen to like Jackson more than Rudi. I just am not sold on Rudi.

I would say hold on to Jackson reguardless. He is young and in a keeper league that means a lot. Plus he is or was leading the league in yards from scrimage. Plus he is a monster of a man so he will get his TDs

Scoring system is 1pt per 10 yards receivng for RBs and WR. 1 point per 20 yards passing. 3pts per passing 4pts per rushing, 5pts per receiver

My Team:

QB: P. Manning, D. Carr

RB: S. Jackson, R. Johnson, L. Maroney, L. Washington

WR: R. Wayne, D. Mason, J. Horn, W. Welker

TE: H. Miller

K: N. Rackers

D: Denver, New England

I was thinking about trading Jackson for a Top Receiver and Tier 2 or 3 RB.

What do you think I should do, I'm 1-5 and not sure if I should stick it out another week.

I'd have to say SJackson due mainly to the weaker division and conference he's in plus a huge upside compared to Rudi's large upside.

Thanks!
