Advice for keeper draft needed

I'm one of two expansion owners. I draft 1.2,1.3,1.6 in the expansion draft. All td's are 6pts. (pass/run/rec) PPR, carries, completion pts. are in the scoring. -minus pts. for int's and fumbles.

QB-Bulger, Brees

RB-Parker, Rudy, Westbrook, Bush

WR-Owens

TE-Gates

 

We get to keep 3 players. Once the draft starts we can choose rookies. Is taking a rookie smart with 1.12 or 2.1?

I think I'd want Brees, Bush, Parker, and Gates in a keeper league. PPR, Bush is #1 over all. I think it absolutely makes sense to take a rookie that early provided the rookie is Adrian Peterson, Calvin Johnson, or Marshawn Lynch.

Word from the owner with the 1.1 expansion is that he is going to take Parker, maybe Bush. If he takes Bush I'm looking at Parker and Gates or Parker and Westbrook.

Would you pass on Brees or Bulger and wait a couple of rds for McNabb? 6 teams already have a QB on their roster. I am very high on Rivers, but QB's were 3 out of 4 highest scoring players last year in this league?
