Anyone thinking of benching R. Williams?

Recommended Posts

I know Carolina was awful against the run early in the season, but have they gotten better as of late?? They've at least been more competitive, which has prevented teams from simply running out the clock. I'd expect R. Williams to get a full workload (20 touches), but without Brown, I feel like the surging Panthers will focus primarily on Williams, forcing Henne/Pat White to beat them.

I have K. Smith against CLE and B. Wells against STL...what are your options and what are you doing with R. Williams this week?

before turner left the game last week he had 111 yards on like 8-10 carrys. yea they are vastly improved against the run.

Carolina run D is horrid, they let Turner run wild on 9 carries and then Snelling had over 60 yards after Turner went down. I'm starting Ricky as my #1 RB this week with Brown out.

I am benching him.

i'm starting MJD and mendenhall against the chiefs.

I don't know man. Mendenhall doesn't get many Carries. Ricky might actually be the better play here.

nice name.

yeah, i'm not really sure about the decision, but the steelers might be up big quickly and have to run the clock out. although they might end up giving willie some carries in that kind of game ...

i don't know if i should let the wildcat thing affect what i think about ricky's production the rest of the way. yeah, ronnie made it work, but so can ricky. they probably have another rb they can use. or they can use ginn in that spot.

Everyone is just expecting this huge game out of Mendenhall but really they don't give him the opportunity, I hope im Wrong. I think Ricky is a lock for 100 and a TD unless something crazy happens
