Major corporations will change their hiring practices within their marketing / advertising departments. Right now, most will review their existing personnel ranks and will proactively look to purge all potential future "threats" that might infuse woke and identity politics and destroy the companies brand equity. There is a fiduciary obligation to the shareholders. That's an element of this discussion that is often ignored. No one wants to be the next Anheuser Busch. The Young Turks, I don't agree with them on each and every point they make, but they are giving a different perspective on this controversy. Your positions consistently attempt to rob any practical discussion of the actual context behind it. The world is actually bigger than just how you feel as an individual. But it's your free speech.

Could pretty easily merge this with the terrified Karen who thought I was going unborn granddaughters a****** because I threatened to offer the door for her when she was carrying three beverages from a place that no s*** literally specialized in avocado toast period

Went to the convenience store earlier today and go to pull in, here is this big fat lady with her door wide open bending over scratching off lottery tickets. Did care at all she was blocking the other parking space!

If that wasn't bad enough, the fat slice of steaming hog probably feeds at the trough of government (taxpayers) every month.

Three districts elected a new representative of the same party as the predecessor: 8th: Jay Obernolte (R) defeated Christine Bubser in a sparsely populated swath from the Eastern Sierra to the Mojave Desert. Incumbent Paul Cook ran for (and won) a San Bernardino County supervisorial seat. 50th: Darrell Issa (R) defeated Ammar Campa-Najjar in San Diego County. From 2001-2019, Issa represented the 48th and 49th districts. The 50th district seat has been vacant since the resignation of Duncan Hunter in January. 53rd: Sara Jacobs (D) defeated Georgette Gomez. Incumbent Susan Davis is retiring after 18 years representing the metro San Diego district. In three districts, a Republican challenger ousted a Democratic incumbent: 21st: David Valadao defeated TJ Cox. Valadao represented the Central Valley district from 2013 to 2019 before being ousted by Cox. 39th: Young Kim, an assemblywoman, defeated Gil Cisneros in a district that includes Fullerton and Buena Park. 48th: Michelle Steel, a county supervisor, defeated Harley Rouda in coastal Orange County. Rouda won the seat in 2018 from Republican Dana Rohrabacher, who was seeking his 16th House term. https://www.mercurynews.com/2020/12/01/californias-house-races-are-finally-over-here-are-the-seats-that-were-flipped/ ******* You clearly don't understand the landscape of current California politics. Team Red HOR incumbents held on in 2020. Also multiple seats flipped Red with minority candidates supported by the GOP. To a shocking and sweeping degree? No. But this was 2020, when the state was locked down. That meant traditional campaigning and fundraising were curtailed. Which should have been a huge advantage to the DNC. But it was not. California won't flip Red overall. However there are large growing hard pockets of pure Red in the state. The current Democratic Party is heavily reliant on "Small Dollar Political Donations" and took in a huge amount in 2019 and 2020. That was because of the negative impact that Trump had with many voters. Some hated him enough to donate. This is also why "stimulus" was given out, or a major part of the reason, because widespread sinking family budgets means no political donations. Now who is going to give? The economy is in bad shape. The average American and the average California resident ( sans the illegal immigrants who are getting tons of free stuff with our tax dollars) is not doing better overall financially. Nor are their families. BLM has shown to be wholly corrupt. Biden ( really Susan Rice) teased nation wide 15 dollar minimum wage and student loan forgiveness and a harder push for climate change. Did the Biden Administration deliver? SDD's help those down the ticket more than anything. This has a huge impact on State legislature seats. How important are those? Well since the abortion issue went back to the States, you can see how impact it was for Obama to lose so many state legislature seats to the GOP during his two terms. Over educated middle aged white liberals with college degrees with above average earning power who live in decent neighborhoods can be dismissive because it doesn't impact them the same way as many every day working class people. But when you go to the grocery store and you go to the gas pump, then you see that Team Blue has screwed over the average day to day person. And yes, in California too. You can't win elections with just entitled middle aged college educated liberals in their woke bubbles. Every culture war issue that comes up keeps reminding the working class that Team Blue and the DNC care more about pronouns than people putting food on the table for their kids. Not the smug people who work for professional politics in the Democratic Party, but the mass of people who are paycheck and a half away from being homeless and are really trying hard to get by and survive. Every time Team Blue tries to defend their cancel culture induced "culture war" bullsh!t, they are also simultaneously announcing that they've effectively abandoned the general working class. Local governance has more impact on you than national politics most of the time. Growing hard line pockets of Red was one of the major reasons that Trump was able to win as a "disruptor" in 2016 in the first place. You want to say it's no big deal, but it was enough of a big deal, via death by a thousand cuts, that brought Trump to power. You aren't dismissing the Conservatives here. You are dismissing the catalyst for your rage but are too dense to see it.

Great Smoky Mountains was really cool and was great. Also the Grand Canyons In Arizona. I cried when I first saw the western ridge. My cool Pops said”what’s wrong?” Me: This is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and I am in heaven. He looked out and started to cry. I’m crying now. Imagine standing there looking at a canyons that took a billion years to create from a stream and look over to see a five year old girl that was two feet tall feeding a three thousand lbs moose Cheetos???From her hand. I love life’s hidden memories we carry in ouyhearts.

Example 50202099 of why I said when you got here that you would bring nothing of value and slowly destroy what's left of this forum, as you did at FBG's. This is an excerpt of your first reply in this thread: The assertion in the 2nd sentence is provably wrong, as you acknowledged when I posted another example from the article. So, you made a provably wrong assertion because you literally didn't read the source material. I mean, it's one thing for you to be completely ignorant on topics when someone makes an assertion in a thread without supporting evidence. That's stupid too because you should do your own research. But in this case, I gave you a link to a story I thought was worth discussing. You read two paragraphs and decided that was enough that you could make an assertion that was easily proven wrong by the very article you REFUSED to read. So, you're either a focking idiot or a retard. Take your pick. I don't care.

CatholicVote launches $1M campaign calling for LA Dodgers boycott over anti-Catholic drag queens ..... One of the nation's largest Catholic advocacy organizations has issued a letter to the Los Angeles Dodgers announcing an upcoming ad campaign calling for a boycott of the baseball club. CatholicVote President Brian Burch addressed the letter to Dodgers principal owner Mark Walter and CEO Stan Kasten. "I represent the nation’s largest lay Catholic advocacy organization," Burch wrote. "We are supported by millions of devoted Catholics across America who believe that the time-honored values of life, family, and freedom — which the Dodgers used to celebrate — are demonstrably good for America, and worthy of respect, not ridicule..We wrote to you last week with a reasonable ask: Please do not honor this anti-Catholic hate group.....There is no place for anti-Catholic bigotry, mocking of religious sisters, or celebrating a perverse activist group whose identity is marked by blasphemy and mockery of Catholics." In the letter, Burch questioned Kasten's claim to the Los Angeles Times that the Dodgers' administration was "listening to everyone" on the issue of including the anti-Catholic drag queen troupe Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence....CatholicVote claims that their organization has prepared a $1 million advertising budget to encourage Catholics to boycott the team.....The Los Angeles Dodgers announced earlier this month that they would be honoring the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a group of "queer and trans nuns," during a June 16 event, but quickly received backlash from religious groups for the decision given the history of anti-Catholic messaging and shocking performances....After intense backlash, the team said last week it would no longer be honoring the group during the upcoming event.... ....That decision was walked back the next day after LA Pride announced it would no longer be participating in Pride Night in solidarity with the drag queen group. "After much thoughtful feedback from our diverse communities, honest conversations within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization and generous discussions with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, the Los Angeles Dodgers would like to offer our sincerest apologies to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, members of the LGBTQ+ community and their friends and families," the organization said.... ....Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of the nearby Archdiocese of San Francisco accused the Dodgers' administration of "worshiping" alternative "gods....."Our Catholic sisters devote themselves to serving others selflessly. Decent people would not mock & blaspheme them. So we now know what gods the Dodger admin worships...." https://www.foxnews.com/us/catholicvote-launches-1m-campaign-calling-la-dodgers-boycott-anti-catholic-drag-queens
