Appreciate you acknowledging the positive impact of the vaccines. I do agree for the most part with 1-4. As far as masks there is some evidence they may have helped slightly, and really their biggest harm was in being required in schools. I think the outrage against needing to wear them for 10 minutes at places like Lowe’s was way overblown though. For #5, Democrats get some blame for politicization of the origins but Republicans should as well. And you also had people like Trump calling it the China Virus which caused libs to get defensive and say that was xenophobic.
