I'm in a 12 team keeper league. We have an unusual keeper setup. Everyone must keep 2 players, one of which had to have been drafted in the 6th round or later. A player can only be kept twice, for a total of three years on your roster.
I have terrible options. Here's the gist.
I kept Willie Parker last year......I'm dropping him.
B. Jacobs was my 6th round keeper last year, so I can keep him.
Nothing else is appealing.
After round 6, I have K. Winslow and M. Turner.
This is a sad lot, but they are my options (unless you like Chad Johnson or Eli....I don't).
So I can keep:
Jacobs & Turner
Jacobs & Winslow
Turner & Winslow
We score with 1 pt per 15 yd ru/rec
1 pt per reception (big plus to Winslow)
6 pts per TD ru/rec.
I leaning toward Jacobs & Winslow, but the RBBC in NY scares me, as does Jacobs running style.
Turner would be a no-brainer, were he somewhere other than ATL. I drafted him last year and kept him on the roster just to have this opportunity, but when he signed with ATL my strategy took a hit. Thanks for any help. Good luck!!!!
