protesters tear down barricades and storm US Capitol
t.j replied to JustinCharge's topic in The Geek Club
He pushed away a lot of people, he catered to other people, and overall his non-stop drama caused a lot more people to consider the election important enough to get out and vote. That's what's reality, not your implaud fraud crap. -

You mean like how conservatives are constantly complaining about woke and liberals never mention it? -

So the west coast, the northeast, the Great Lakes, and Georgia are one country, and everything in between all of those regions is another? That makes zero sense. -

That's my mistake for mixing up left and liberal. Mostly because you were speaking in terms of halves---i.e. you also said "Just go. Leave. We have two different realities and irreconcilable differences." and "Split the country in two peacefully without violence."--but most people are not left or right. What your post doesn't clarify clarify is the part I was actually interested in, which is what "Maybe the left and right would agree to a divorce" might look like. -
Time to settle it after 59 years!

Browns at Steelers: Wildcard Weekend Discussion

My bad, I was counting some pre-Tomlin years. You're right, 8 playoff wins in 12 years, 0.67 playoff wins per year, still roughly double league average. -

I know you really hate liberals, but that makes zero geographical and practical sense. It's not just that, like I said before, the division is less at a state level than a city vs urban level (and even within those it's not a clean divide). And even if it were, you're taking about blue states separated over vast distances by red states. But more than that, now that we've begun to deplete our natural resources, made enemies of much of the world and said fock you to our allies, racked up debt, and rapidly increased our population, the best things the United States really has going for it are geographical security and military superiority. You divide up the country and you lose both of those. -

He's won 12 playoff games, an average of 0.86 per year. League average is 0.34 per year. -
Was wondering the same thing. Must be nasty.

Maybe that opening play fumble spooked the Steelers, kind of like Denver in the Super Bowl -

Don't you think you are overreacting just a teensy bit? P.S. Your first two statements are much more inaccurate than accurate. -

Brief and small market reactions happen with real-time news pretty often, but they generally have little if any impact on overall trends. -

Feel free to share if you know otherwise. I certainly don't know all of the details. What I heard was that 3 of them were medical emergencies, the only 1 of which I'd heard specifics about was a heart attack outside the building. The trampled one is news to me, I don't know the circumstance, was that a result of being "dealt with more harshly" as nobody claimed? -

"got people killed?" As far as we know, 1 Trumptard was killed, 1 police officer was killed by Trumptards, and the other 3 that died were not killed. -
I'm not going to to continue to argue with you about this. It's not even on topic.

Nah, I mean, last time the Dems had all three, they only had it for two years, then soon we had Trump and Reps had both chambers. So that certainly was a pretty bad outcome, but despite what Justin wants, Trump still didn't get his totalitarian regime. -

I mean, this is obvious to anyone who has actually paid attention to Biden's comments and the Democratic primary results, but of course the right's playbook is all about stoking fears about communism these days, so they go there anyway.
