The Commissioner of the Big Daddy's Dynasty League II will
be Steve Ingman. His duties will consist of the following:
1. Keep the integrity the league in tact.
2. Make all final decisions of team disputes.
3. Run and manage the player drafts.
4. Inform the league of any proposed and finalized player
transactions immediately.
5. Collect all fees at the draft and distribute prize
money after winners have been determined.
6. Taking control of any team that is abandoned by the
teams owner until a worthy owner is found.
Scoring Rules

Number of Receiving TDs: Every 1 TDs = 6 Pts
Receiving Yardage: Every 10 Yds = 1 Pts

Team Rosters
No restrictions on position limits
Team Starting Lineups will be the following:
1 = Quarterbacks
2 = Running Backs
3 = Wide receivers
1 = Flex position (RB, TE, or WR)
1 = Tight end
1 = Kicker
1 = Team Defense
10 = Total
Team starting lineups may be adjusted on a weekly basis.
Roster changes for the new week's games will be due before
gametime of that particular players game. Once that
player's game kicks off, that player is locked into your
starting lineup and cannot be changed.
Veteran and Rookie Player Draft
Commissioner will determine when the draft will start and
notify everybody via email or phone. The draft will
consisting of 23 rounds with 12 picks per round. Draft
style will be a standard serpentine draft format (1-12
then 12-1 alternating every round). The draft will end
once all teams have made all their selections or have
waived the remainder of their drafts picks. Draft picks
may only be traded during the draft for either other
players or other draft picks. \"Future\" draft picks may
be traded before and during drafts. Each owner may trade
draft picks no more than 1 year into the future.
Keeper Rules
Each team will keep 2 players. For each player kept ,the owner will lose that draft pick in which the player was drafted regardless of a kept player being picked up in a trade. If the player to be kept was a free agent pickup, the owner will lose their last round pick.
Player Transactions
There will be no maximum limit set for roster moves (free
agent pickups or trades)
Roster Drops
A team can drop a player at anytime. The maximum number of
players an owner can have is 23.
Roster Adds
There will be a free agent add/drop period of time from
Tuesday of the current week until Wednesday of the current
week to pick up free agents. A team wanting to pickup a
free agent will have to go through the waiver wire
process. The waiver wire process is setup to allow the
teams with the worst records to get first selection of any
free agent available in the pool. Starting on Thursday of
the current week Free agent pickup will be on a first come
first serve basis. Free agent pickups will not be allowed
once the first game of the current week has kicked off.
The free agent pickup deadline will be week 11.
Player Trades
Any player/s on that teams roster may be traded from one
team to other at any time during the regular season. All
trades must pass through the commissioner for final
approval. All trades must be finalized by noon on Fridays
for non-Thursday games or Thursday by noon for scheduled
Thursday games. The trading deadline will be week 11.
Regular and Post Season
The BDL II regular season will last from Week 1 to Week 13
of the NFL regular season. Competition will be \"Head to
Head\" using the total points of the team's starting
lineup to determine the winner for that week. The regular
season schedule will be provided at the draft for team's
reference throughout the season. The top 6 regular season
teams with the best head to head records will advance to
the post season. The winners of the 3 divisions with the
best 2 records will earn first round byes. Of the
remaining four teams the 2nd and 3rd seeds as well as the
1st (remaining division winner) and 4th seeds will play
each other in week 14 of the NFL regular season. The
winners of those two games will then play the 2 division
winners with the worst remaining seed playing the top
division winner in week 15 of the NFL regular season. The
winners will then play in week 16 of the NFL regular
season for the championship. The winner of that game will
be crowned the league champion. If any teams are tied at
the end of the regular fantasy season the following
tiebreakers will be used to determine the regular season
standings:

1. Overall record
2. Head to head record (of all teams involved)
3. Most points for
4. Division record
5. Most points against
6. Highest single game score to date
7. Rock Paper Scissors
Prizes:
1. 3 regular season division winners = $25 (3 owners =
$75)
2. 1st Place Fantasy Bowl winner = $300 (1 owner = $300)
3. 2nd Place Runner Up = $150 (1 owner = $150)
4. 3rd Place = $75 (1 owner = $75)
$600 total prize money to be paid.
Miscellaneous Items:
1. Each owner MUST submit his best lineup each week.
Collusion or \"Losing on Purpose\" will result in that
owner being dismissed from the league upon owner vote
2. Once the season begins, no rule changes can be made.
Rule changes can only be made during the off –season and
require a majority (7) owner vote.
3. An owner may not transfer ownership of his team during
the regular season unless approved by a majority (7)
ownership vote.
