  1. Any reason to start him? 4th option in passing game with great Cb coverage. He has Roy Williams written all over him.

LMAO....yeah...he looks so much like Roy Williams....LMAO!

  2. Horsesh!T. Cutler has 10 million reasons a year to keep his ass on the field. It's clear from his play and demeanor that he doesn't give a fock about the outcomes of the games.

    Dude...you need to take a chill pill....seriously.

You are like many others...."CLUELESS".....NUFF SAID

  3. Yes, Rodgers 2nd half was like Cutlers first half.

If Rodgers 1st half was like his 2nd half....then people would be saying that he sucks, and choked and cant handle the big game.....all this talk is crazy about both qb's.....lets face it....they are both very good qb's or they would not be starters in the nfl.

The idiots on nfl network talking all the trash, need to do so...or they dont have a job....and some need to be jobless IMO....they are flippin terrible

  4. And why isn't anyone talking about performance?

Healthy or not, Cutler was terrible. I haven't gone back and looked at the timing, but I believe most of his stats were established before the injury. 6/14, 80 yards and an INT?? Think about this: Todd Collins was horrendous. He was 0-4...AND HE HAD A BETTER QB RATING THAN CUTLER!!!

    C. Hanie, who I believe was seeing his first NFL action, was 13/20, 150 yards and a TD...one terrible INT, and another inevitable INT. He actually lead the Bears up & down the field a few times, something Cutler couldn't really do.

Come to think of it, maybe it was a good thing Cutler wasn't offering his services to the offense from the sideline

Haine did a very nicve job IMO.

If you think Hainie is better than Cutler...then you are just plain delerious, my friend.

  5. i saw a story the other day that said cutler used the stairs after the game--and without a lick of trouble. this after standing around on the sidelines all afternoon and walking around and not limping.

    go figure.

Yeah....then went to a club and was witnessed doing the electic slide, and while at the club, bent over to pick up a dropped quarter, and after leaving the club was caught on camera break dancing on the sidewalk!!!!

The nerve of that guy

  6. Obviously the injury was severe enough it kept him out of the game.

Just becuse he did not grab his leg and roll around the field in pain...I mean are you serious dude??? Honestly

I remember watching Chuck Wepner, get his ass beat by Joe Frazier, and asked what punch broke his jaw...he responded......one of those couple hundred that landed on it

Probly most plyers milk injuries.....roll around on the field....limp....grimace in pain.....then get up and throw a td....and limp off the field....maybe get helped off.......what courage

I must have missed the part wher he ran like Michael Vick

I did see him run like jay Cutler...if that is what you mean.

And for the record....I am not making excuses for his poor play.........I am sticking up for him being injured.....and anybody here that said he WAS NOT.....does not have a clue period.

Do you know he was not injured?

Hell no you don't.....please.........You are surely smarter than that.......he does not look hurt to me.....WTF

  7. He doesn't really grab his leg in pain after the Pickett play.... And if you tear your MCL, that's what you would be doing...

So, let me gets this straight.... He made it through the entire 2nd quarter without telling somebody that he has a torn MCL.... making some nifty runs and not sliding  .....

Third quarter starts.... NFC Championships Game.... "I think I hurt myself early in the 2nd quarter, coach... probably about an hour and a half ago.... Yes, I was running around like Mike Vick on a few plays and have yet to show any kind of noticeable limp yet, but you should probably take me out of the NFC Championship Game"

Stop making excuses for this guy... He has completely sucked in every game against the Packers.... Could it be that he's just not very good against good defenses?

Why do we always have to make excuses for him?

"He was playing a vanilla offense"

"Martz was just practicing his 7-step drop... he wasn't really trying"

"He tore his MCL (but didn't cringe, limp, or slow down on a 14-yard run  ) early in the second quarter when Pickett scraped by his leg...."

You gave up a ton of great picks for him and a quarterback that is probably just as good, if not better... I know you need to cling to him like a battered woman clings to her abusive husband because of this, but that doesn't stop the rest of us from being objective....

Cutler is just not that good..... After 37 quarterbacks during the Favre reign, you finally thought you bought yourself a good one....

    You didn't

    He sucks :(

Come to terms with this man who is battering you, and embrace this new non-Harland-Williams-looking upstart love interest Caleb Hanie

    Talk about CLUELESS

All players running routes across the middle and getting concussed are all pussies for not playing with concussions.

All players not playing with ankle sprains....bunch of pussies

He may not be very good... good....has nothing to do what so ever with TUFFNESS.......

  8. Sprain = tear

    Carry on

    Ditto.

Cutlers leradership skills can be questioned...but his Tuffness....people dont have a clue.

For MJD to say what he did....when the Jags needed him the most, in the last two weeks of the season....where was he.......what a jerk to say what he did.

I am not saying mojo was not hurt, I am sure he was....but that is calling the kettle black to question Cutlers injury when you just sat out yourself....Mojo, open mouth insert foot.

To MDC....a coach should not have to drag a QB off the field, dude...seriously dude....the last time I checked, the coach is a coach....not a doctor.

  9. I'm pretty sure players don't say "You white boy, you aren't going to run on us" to Hillis either. But honestly, I don't care. The football field doesn't have to be PC. If it gets Hillis all riled up, good for him. Anything to stay hungry I guess.

Then you really have no clue.

  10. I am not a Jay Cutler fan...but to call this guy not tough and to say he has no heart is absurd.

If there is ONE thing that Cutler has, it is his tuffness and his heart......put some other QB's behind the offensive line and lets see how they hold up to 57 sacks.

The kid is probly one of the tuffest QB's in the league. He plays with type one diabetes for christ sake.

If you want to fault cutler , it should be on another subject.....maybe leadership skills and how he carries his self......his mannerisms if you will.

There is not a person on this forum that knows how bad cutlers injury was effecting him at the time.

I remember Chris Johnson sitting in a playoff game a couple years back with a mysterious ankle injury.

I can understand the fans getting on Cutler...but the players...MJD......dude where was your flipping team at....you crumbled like a stale cookie at the end of the year.

Cutler...i am not a big fan of yours....but you took your team to where alot of other jealous bastards could not take their team...to the final four.

  11. Any worries about him being a Ron Dayne type? I ask because I'll have some keeper questions looming in a few months.

I would definitely make him a keeper......my only concern is he is not a natural catcher of the ball and he is hot headed and may loose his temper at any time........but he has talent, no question about that. Ron Dayne never made the plays that blount has made this year, in his whole career.
