I get what you're saying on this one, but there were times where it got completely absurd the number of pickoff attempts. I see why they wanted to limit it, but I don't know if there is some perfect solution. The rule I didn't like was outlawing the shift. Playing good defense, putting yourself in the best position to get record an out is illegal, to me that's just dumb.

Cobalt vs Copperhead - Copperhead wins that fight if they don't have a cute 9 year old driver. The only way it could lose was to go straight into Cobalt's weapon and that's what he did. If Copperhead's weapon wasn't disable, they probably would have won the score card. Still, one of the best fights of the tourney so far. Bloodsport vs HyperShock - Hypershock get a self righter. Bloodsport packs such a punch, the energy it needs to send another 250 pound bot flying that. Wow. Disarray vs Tombstone Calypso - Sucks that Ray couldn't get the new Tombstone ready. Not much of a fight, but I like that low spinner on Calypso. Let's see how it does against Magnitude or Catter though. Saw some bots take some big hits, expected more from Hypershock and Copperhead is a tad disappointing with a kid driver. I'll give my MVP to Bloodsport though for dismantling Hypershock.
