    Team Defense = Kicker

Thank you. That was perfect. Thanks again for all of your help! I look forward to dominating two drafts on Sunday.

    Team Defense = Kicker

Unfortunately, that's one of the negatives of this league. But I like your idea of the custom scoring for DEF. That way I can completely disregard Kicker (which is true of the draft) and on those rare occasions of 50+ FG's, I can simply remember to increase my (or opponents) scores accordingly. I will need help with the Excel data though; I consider myself somewhat of an Excel junkie, but I'm not extremely familiar with VLOOKUP. A simple example or the syntax explanation will suffice. Thanks for all your help!

    Team Defense = Kicker

A screenshot from Compiler. Hopefully this works...basically it's normal Defense scoring + normal K scoring.

    Team Defense = Kicker

My league has combined the kicker into the Team Defense that is drafted. Is there a way to customize this in the compiler? Thanks!
  5. In our local league, we've always done "by hand" scoring. It was always checked, double checked, and then checked again, but we're more old school so we haven't made the move to online yet. In other leagues, I have personally used Yahoo, but that does not seem to have the customization that we're looking for. There are a lot of scoring categories, or at least more than Yahoo offers, and we use IDP. Anyway, I'm checking to see if someone can recommend a site, pay or free, that works for you. I have heard CBS is the best, but I haven't done a ton of research, and wanted to get your opinion first. Please let me know what your league uses, what the cost is (if any), and any extras that site has that I might not know about. Thanks!

    Draft Review

Drafted 2 in a PPR. I didn't mark what round each was taken in (you can probably guess for the first couple), but here is my result. Let me know what you think. QB - Schaub, Sanchez (QBs in my league are actually Team QBs, so I picked the NYJ QB, whoever that might be, to complement a hopefully healthy Schaub's bye week) RB - MJD, Larry Johnson, Bradshaw, Fargas, Shonne Greene (maybe weak here, unless LJ decides to put up some ridiculous numbers) WR - Calvin, Jennings, Ocho, Lance Moore, Robiskie, Burleson (I couldn't have asked for a better WR crew) TE - Daniels, Keller (Is it weird that my QB/QB tandem matches my TE/TE tandem?) D/ST/K - Dallas, Atlanta (Kickers are tied to the defenses, so I get Dallas's kicker) IDP - Patrick Willis, Jared Allen, Nick Collins (one each of a DL, LB, and CB/S is required) It was a PPR league, but I'm not sure everyone was aware of that (they were, I'm joking) because seven (7!) QBs were taken in the first 2 rounds. I sat on that pick until round 6/7 ( I think) and I think I made out OK.

Drafting at our near the turn

Say youre drafting at or near the turn (10-12). With your first selection Fitz is gone, but the rest of the Big 4 are there. Do you take AJ/Moss/Calvin with your first and another on the way back, assuming they are available? I just did a mock and got Moss and Calvin with 1.11 and 2.02, respectively. Then, when 3.11 and 4.02 roll around, you can take a second tier RB and a still hot Rodgers/Romo etc. Thoughts? Do you wait another round for the QB and go RB/RB with rounds 3 and 4 because you're already going to be thin?

    MUST Handcuffs

Of the likely RB1-RB2's, who are definite handcuffs and/or what teams are for sure running an RBBC? Handcuffs, for example: Addai - Brown Westbrook - McCoy RBBC, for example: Dallas - RBBC Oakland - RBBC

    PPR Rankings

Long time listener, first time caller. I've been reading the mags and checking these forums, and I've put together a decent list for the first few tiers of the QB, RB, and WR position. Please let me know what you think. Standard PPR scoring (+1 ppr, the rest is standard) with standard roster (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, among other positions that I'm working on later). QB - Really have little change in PPR and non-PPR leagues here, as they get no bonus, so these rankings should, more or less, be similar across the board. I'm assuming I'll get a Top 10 (12 team league), so after that, the rankings analysis kind of dropped off, so I'll stop at 14. 1 - Brees 2 - Brady 3 - Manning (the cool one that hits kids on SNL) 4 - Rodgers 5 - Warner 6 - Romo 7 - Rivers 8 - Palmer 9 - McNabb 10 - Cutler 11 - Schaub 12 - Ryan 13 - Roethlisberger 14 - Manning (the crybaby) RB - This has given me the most trouble, both ranking and finding where the tiers begin and end. These are subject to everyone's tastes, but this is where I have them for now. This is the place where the most criticism would be appreciated. 1 - MJD 2 - ADP 3 - Forte 4 - Chris Johnson 5 - Slaton 6 - Westbrook 7 - LT 8 - SJax 9 - DWill 10 - Gore 11 - Turner 12 - Portis 13 - Kevin Smith (the football player, not the director) 14 - Barber 15 - Thomas (Pierre, not Thurman) 16 - Ronnie Brown 17 - Jacobs 18 - Addai (Brown handcuff) 19 - Ward 20 - Moreno 21 - J. Stewart 22 - Ryan Grant 23 - Benson 24 - Thomas Jones (wherever he may end up) 25 - McFadden 26 - Ray Rice WR - With a full point PPR, the obvious choice is to upgrade the reception hogs. Add that to recent injury news and here is what I've come up with. 1 - Moss 2 - AJ 3 - Fitz 4 - Calvin 5 - Wayne 6 - Jennings 7 - Colston 8 - Bowe 9 - Boldin 10 - Welker 11 - Steve Smith (moves up if injury reports are positive) 12 - Roddy 13 - 85 14 - Housh 15 - TO 16 - Brandon Marshall 17 - Braylon Edwards 18 - Anthony Gonzalez 19 - Roy Williams 20 - Moore 21 - Vincent Jackson I know I don't have the individual analysis that some other posters do. I can't explain every spot, this is just what I came up with. Thoughts?
