For sure it is - though that doesn't make the decision any easier!

In the title game, but facing a crazy string of decisions. Just looking for some fresh insight on these many choices. Scoring is standard, full vanilla - TDs only, no PPR or yardage bonuses. QB: Mahomes or Wilson. Leaning Wilson based on matchups. RB/WR - this is there it gets really tricky. Must start 4 of the following, at least 1 but not more than 2 must be a RB: Cook (with this likely to drag out to Monday, probably can't risk it) Gurley (brutal matchup) Marlon Mack (just snagged him off the waiver wire) Hopkins (underperforming but probably a must start) Julio Jones (eternally disappointing in TD leagues but a great matchup) Sutton (good matchup) A.J. Brown (on my rookie reserve all year, but been pushing for promotion and a good matchup) Note: Mostert is also available on the wire should I go that route but I'd have to drop one of the above (this is a keeper league). Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

Another straightforward one: Rice or S-Jax? -
Tell me about it - except I would say I'm more trying to convince myself to start PR. He really is the logical choice - I can't escape the fact that starting Ben against Baltimore's D - especially with Reed likely back - is a pure hunch bet. Bench a top 5 QB on a hunch bet? Wow - talk about second-guessing if that blows up.

I think I have to go with PT here. He's still the best all-purpose back in the best offense in the NFL.

Wow. Tough choice. I ride the hot hand and go with Charles and Harrison. It a title game, I don't risk Grant, a guy who might not play at all for a half (or more, if he gets a hangnail). Bradshaw is tempting, but Carolina's D has been solid lately. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=360024

I'd go MSW, Maroney ans Ganther based on matchups. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=360024

Amazingly, the easy part for me is no Manning. The Jets are QB-killers and I can't see him going the full 60. Smith over Manning and Romo? My head is exploding - but Detroit really is terrible on D. Romot, OTOH, had a career-making game last week and we all saw what the Redskins were packing on Monday. I go Romo against a team tanking on a lame duck coach and playing on short rest. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=360024

Can't possibly make that call until we know on Williams. If he's out, I like Stew and Rice (mmm, Stew and Rice). On the WR front I think I'd go Crabtree (Detroit) along with Jennings and Boldin.

I've had the luxury of choosing between Roethlisberger and Rivers at QB this season, and while Rivers has been better overall it's been a no-lose situation most weeks. Now it's championship week, and for whatever reason it's one of those rare times when one guy - Rivers - seems like an obvious choice. He's playing a weak Titans secondary while Ben has to deal with a hungry Baltimore team. But for whatever reason my instinct is telling me to start Ben. I have a gut feeling SD isn't going to be "on" this week, with the #2 seed close to locked up and coming off the emotional Cincy game - and Tennessee has been playing decent D of late. Meanwhile Pittsburgh is in a must-win and Ben is coming off his best game in two years. My instinct is absolutely telling me this, but my logic - and every ranking board - is screaming Rivers. Am I over-thinking this? While I'm at it, I also need 2 from Jones-Drew, R. Rice and S-Jax at RB. Pretty well set on MJD and Rice, but open to opinions. I'll be happy to reply to yours if you reply to mine, thanks.

That would be no for me, even assuming you meant Peyton and not Eli. I like the makeup of your roster as-is.
-
Yeah, I'd have to go McFadden here. This is one of those times I think you just have to go with the best player.

I'm in a keeper league, basic scoring format. I can start 2 RB/2 WR, or 1/3. I've been offered Moss for Forte (I asked for Fitzgerald, and this was his counter). If this weren't a keeper league I'd say yes, but I hate to give up Forte's career for a WR on the other side of 30 with a lot of miles. Here's the thing, though - I also have D. Williams, S-Jax, LJ and Felix Jones at RB, and S. Smith (the good one), Owens and Driver at WR. Opinions? Objectively I think Forte is worth more than Moss, especially in a keeper. But I do have better depth at RB than WR, for sure - I'll likely end up keeping 4 RBs - so it makes sense in some ways. Leave me a link and I'll happily reply to yours, thanks.

I like T. Jones, Ben and Orton. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=337140

Well, I sure hope Cutler - I have him going for me in my Super Bowl. I like his matchup pretty well this week, as I think Buffalo is fading fast. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=337140
