none of these guys really blow your socks off. go with Givens. He offers the highest upside.
-
I disagree about Lynch. The guy is a beast no doubt but for how many more years? Id rather lock-up AJ Green and Peyton (as old as he is) over Lynch for the long term. NFL is a passing league now.
-
Go Sims-Walker and Gates. Both will get all the targets. Brown is great.... for those 8 games. Charles is definitely in a committee. For a safe pick with good upside still, keep Sims-Walker. You don't want to swing for the fences and miss with only 4 keepers in a 12 team league.
-
Both great values, but keep Schaub over Vernon. You have to have an elite QB to win these days. Besides Vernon is overrated. His routes consist of running a straight line.
-
I would keep Nicks. Nicks has a higher ceiling and higher floor compared to Bush. If you can keep Nicks again in 2011, you're gold.

Keeper help: Keep Wayne, lose #2 pick, Keep CedBen, lose last pick
KeeperCommish replied to JCharette's topic in A Little Help!
Yeah definitely keep Benson for a 12th rounder. Thats insane value. Peyton has a lot of mouths to feed at WR this year. -
yeah i think you should keep larry johnson (or LT) before you keep Morgan. LT is on decline. sure maybe you can use him as trade bait, but even thats a stretch without an injury. while larry at least has a shot at a #1 role. sure he is a swinging for the fences keeper but hes your last keeper you can afford to take a chance.

Keeper Help! M. Schaub or C. Johnson to join A.P?
KeeperCommish replied to mrdude108's topic in A Little Help!
Keep Benson or Calvin Johnson. Benson is a rare workhorse back that has a bad rep just because he didn't work out in Chico. He will get all the carries in Cinci and he's not getting suspended. I would think about keeping CJ over Benson only if you're in a league where you have to start 3 WR or its PPR or your league has shown a tendency to take WRs early. -
Definitely Shonn Greene. $4?! That's as cheap as it gets for a starting RB. Ray Rice at $11 is pretty good too (assuming $100 salary cap), but he has TD vultures McGahee and McClain and now Boldin all around him. I do no view LT2 as a threat to Greene's production.
-
You have to go Schaub, he is the only thing close to an elite option you have there.
-
Woops. And DWill. Target Stewart with your second rd pick after you target an RB that doesnt split carries in the first round.
-
Rodgers, AJ, and Calvin. Two reasons, (1) looks like somehow there are better quality RBs available than QBs (never seen that before but looks like its the case in your league) and (2) it seems like WRs are a little more valuable given your starting lineup rules. Be sure to make RB your priority with the first two picks. S.Greene Moreno R.Matthews D.Williams R.Mendenhall Benson Wells McCoy Stewart
-
Chris Johnson Reggie Wayne Roddy White Calvin Johnson Brandon Marshall Matt Schuab Fitz (cant carry team by himself)
-
I agree with the post that said you should trade one of those QBs for WR. Otherwise I would keep Rodgers and Gore and Finley and Benson. Then obviously focus on WR. I really like Jennings on bounce back year. Dont take Fitz tho, as talented as he is, his production is primed for a fall with all the changes around him.

I would take AJ over Rice especially in a PPR league where you start 2WR/1RB. Rice has TD vultures all around him. AJ has no competition.
