Honestly, I think it is unfair all the focus on comments from Gruden 10 years ago. My guess is that you would find many players and coaches using slang that could be considered racist TODAY!! No, I don't care for racism but all of the focus on Gruden is ridiculous in my opinion. If you are going to crucify Gruden, just be sure ALL players and coaches have to pay the same price for the same actions. Yes, those from any race or color.
